large shower ivory sand dinner buffet
the room featured a large shower and a beautiful bathroom with a tub. i found the ivory sand beach quite beautiful (perfect for long walks). breakfast and dinner buffets offered great variety.
wood around the pool needs replacement with something more permanent and sturdy.

lacking cleanliness better training
The swimming pool was lovely. I could swim in the sea.
The room felt old. It lacked cleanliness and this was disappointing, the cleanliness should have been better. i felt the staff needed better training too.

poor wifi dangerous staircase
I was disappointed that the wifi was only available in public areas. I expected it to be accessible in my room. The staircase in the room also proved dangerous. I fell and got injured. I think some staff members could use more training. They were not as attentive as I hoped.

Really good Stay
warm staff amazing location great food
I found the staff warm and cute. They consistently were really good too. The location overlooking the bay is amazing, and the resort blends naturally with its surroundings. The food had a great mix of local and western dishes.
I found the staircase in the panoramic sea view room quite dangerous. I had a fall and got badly injured, a significant inconvenience.

The swimming pool is right next to the beach. This provides easy access. The hotel offers great entertainment for kids. Karaoke nights are available for those who enjoy singing.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The assistant manager was a big help to plan a day excursion. They also suggested different activities to try. The spa provides services to help relax.

The breakfast buffet offers a complete selection with great variety. There are many drinks to try. Jamiul always knows what to suggest. Traditional foods are always available .

The rooms are clean and large. The panoramic suite was beyond comfortable. The hotel provides amenities. These features ensure a pleasant stay for all visitors.
